Radiation Suit (x2).Part 1 To begin this particular obscure side quest, you're going to have to find a location well off the beaten path. The location in question is a destroyed American Naval vessel called the USS Ozymandias (a purely fictional vessel, if you're curious).
The USS Ozymandias can be found off of the eastern coast of the Point Lookout map. The easiest way to find it if your map is barren is to head to the Ark & Dove Cathedral, and work your way far to the south and slightly to the east of it.
Embers of Rage is the 2nd expansion to Tales of Maj'Eyal. It was released on Feb. It can be purchased for 70 voratun coins (7$ or 7€). One year has passed since the one the Orcs call the 'Scourge from the West' came and single-handedly crushed the Orc Prides of Grushnak, Vor, Gorbat, and Rak'Shor. The Order of Embers (or the Ember Order) is an elite organization of Kul Tiran champions tracing its origins back to the first colonization of Drustvar by the humans nearly three millennia ago. Founded to fight the Drust threat, the order has been recently revived to fight the Heartsbane Coven of witches. Members of the Order, known as Inquisitors, are highly trained individuals using a. Embers of rage zone order. There are currently three known exceptions: anything in a vault; the storage chamber of the Sher'Tul Fortress; and the special vault zone in the Embers of Rage campaign. It seems like having enough discipline to skip some vaults (but which ones?) and doing the zones in the right order is as vital as your build and strategy, much like most of the early-to-mid game of the original campaign. Every zone has a story behind it, and every story ties into a bigger picture; enjoy a tale of horror and humor, of intrigue and glory, of despair and hope. Earn the right to use the classic (and Ashes of Urh'Rok) classes in Embers of Rage, and the new tinker classes in Maj'Eyal!
The small ship is sticking out of the water at this location, and you can access it by swimming up to it. Once you do, simply head on inside via the manhole on the exposed section of the ship. Within, you can immediately find some items, including some Fission Batteries, Stimpaks and Rad-X, but it's the computer terminal and the safe next to it that's of real interest.Just a word of warning - even though the ship seems to be sinking and is all out of whack, there's no rush getting through it, so you can explore the small hold of the ship all you want. When you find the computer, read everything on it, and you'll get this side quest thereafter. It seems that the members of this ship were a scientific team doing soil research nearby, looking for something, perhaps, called 'Bio-Gas.'
On your map, you'll find three markers deep into the swamp that dominates the western portion of the area. Each location on the map is an excavated site where you can find what you're looking for - the three soil samples that will allow you to open up the safe next to the computer back on the ship. So without further ado, it's time to get going. To reach the first site (which is in fact site #2), teleport to Marguerite's Shack and begin walking westward. The first site, as well as the other two, are all well-guarded by the strong swamp inhabitants in the form of Ghouls. Treat these guys delicately and be sure to kill them quickly, because some of the stronger Point Lookout-exclusive swamp dwellers are powerful adversaries, indeed. When you finally reach the hole in the ground designated on your map and have defeated all enemies guarding it, climb down the ladder. The small excavated area below will reveal not only Soil Survey Tape #2, but some Bio-Gas Containers, Purified Water, and a Fission Battery as well.
Hereafter, head back to the surface and teleport further west, to the Trapper's Shack. Here, you can travel northwest and northeast of the shack's location to find Soil Survey Tape #1 and Soil Survey Tape #3 as well. More items will accompany them in similar hovels, including an Advanced Radiation Suit, Stimpaks, a Shovel, more Fission Batteries, and of course, more Bio-Gas Canisters.
When you've retrieved all three Soil Survey Tapes, it's time to head back to the USS Ozymandias. Remember that you can do so via your Pip-Boy's map instantaneously, so long as you're on the surface and aren't immediately surrounded by enemies. Once back at the ship, head below deck and access the computer once more. Use the soil samples to unlock all three locks on the nearby safe, and then crack it open. You'll find another Advanced Radiation Suit, as well as two Radiation Suits, ten more Bio-Gas Canisters, Med-X, Rad-X, RadAway and a Stimpak. And just like that, the side quest concludes.
