When I try to select UEFI: RufusUSBstick in BIOS boot menu it just sends me back to BIOS setup screen.

I’ve tried every setting for CSM, Secure Boote, etc but no luck.I burned to DVD as well but then it won’t install for UEFI to GPT disk, furthermore if I let the DVD format and install as MBR it will freeze after install at the Windows setup screen (keyboard & mouse freeze) where there is the selection for either English or Russian.Last time I installed Win 7 from MSDN original images with Rufus it worked fine for UEFI and GPT disk.
