Audi A6 Mmi Telephone Not Installed

Mmi

DariusTake your phone BT module out of the MOST loop (underneath the carpet in the front pax footwell); you'll need an optical bridge (about £9 from the main dealer). That'll show whether it's the BT module or not.You may find that it's swimming in water; all covered in superb depth on this forum.Good luck. It's a well trodden path you're on by the sounds of it.I got a replacement BT module off Ebay, a few weeks ago for £55 inc postage, so don't rush into getting fleeced.ps: Your sig. I have searched forum much deeper today and looks like I'm not the only one who have/had this problem.

The Multi Media Interface (MMI) system is an in-car user interface media system developed by Audi, and was launched at the 2001 Frankfurt Motor Show on the Audi Avantissimoconcept car. 1 Production MMI was introduced in the second generation Audi A8 D3 in late 2002 and implemented in majority of its latest series of automobiles.

I'll go to Audi dealer to buy Optical Bridge and next step will be to remove Phone module.Thank you guys for your support. Hello guys, just to let you know that it is Bluetooth module fault. Finally, yesterday the weather was a bit better, so spent some time on the car and managed to remove this phone module. I had MOST Loop purchased already, so plugged it in and everything apart Bluetooth, off course, started to work normally again.

Now I'm on the market for second hand module, as new one which is part exchange costs £301 from main dealer. So, once another module purchased, plugged in, coding done, I should be fine then. Thanks for your replies once again. Hello people,So after waiting for a long time, finally my BT Unit arrived, I installed it and I can say that it's working fine now. I've sent my faulty Unit to Eastern Europe for repairs, as it was cheapest option for me (don't ask me how I found someone to fix it, I spent long hours to find someone who can do this) and now it's back to normal. Also, I've done MMI firmware updates and now it's 5570.However, I have few questions regarding updates. I made notes of Software Index of all MMI module before I started updates and after I've done all updates possible, I can see that my:CD-Changer (SW-Index: 0470), DAB-Tuner (SW-Index: 0830) and Gateway (SW-Index: 0070) did NOT update.

Navibox D3 also did not update, but I believe it'll update together with DVD update disc. I've run all 3 CDs as per instructions and all the process went without any problems. So, does anyone have an idea why these 3 module did not update? Is it because there were no updates for these modules on a set of 3 Update CDs or is it because these modules were up to date?So my MMI modules have these SW-Indexes:Interfacebox: SW-Index: 5570CD-Changer: SW-Index: 0470Handyvorb2: SW-Index: 1130DSP-High C6: SW-Index: 0240Tuner EU/US/RDW: SW-Index: 0630NaviBox D3: SW-Index: 0850Dab-Tuner: SW-Index: 0830Gateway: SW-Index: 0070Can someone please confirm that no further updates are needed for my setup? Thanks a lot. So my MMI modules have these SW-Indexes.Hi chap:). Mine is a 2005 A6 Avant MMI 2G High with std.speakers (9VD = Speaker (active)).

I retrofitted DAB, rest is factory fitted. It had MMI FW v2120 I updated to FW v5570. Gupsterg, thank you so much;) so actually, everything looks OK really in terms of SW-Indexes of those modules, looks like there were no more updates for them.I just can't figure it out how come 'Version' option is not there any more. I did read quite a few threads about MMI updates and missing features afterwards but did not see anyone mentioning they lost 'Version' in CAR meniu.Maybe I should just reboot MMI system one more time. However, Thank you for info from your log, now I see that I updated everything I could:). Gupsterg, thank you so much;) so actually, everything looks OK really in terms of SW-Indexes of those modules, looks like there were no more updates for them.No worries:), I think all is OK RE SW-Indexes.Maybe I should just reboot MMI system one more time.I'd give that a whirl. What I was suggesting in my earlier post is factory reset on module 07 Control head. Via adaptation.Channel 00 is a special case.

Performing a Save to Channel 00 resets all adaptation values to their original factory defaults. This only works in controllers that support this function, see your Factory Repair Manual (to find out if this procedure applies to each controller in your vehicle. As a genuine VCDS owner RossTech will give you email support to let you know what you need to note or advise if above will help you, I lack experience to guide you on the pitfalls/outcome of factory reset:o.

Ga 7s748 motherboard drivers. OK, so how does one delete paired phones from one's MMI that you no longer have or don't know about - just connected my new phone to my system and it tells me it can't load the contacts because there are more than 4 phones already connected - so I need to delete some. When I paired my new phone today, it did show a list of the other 4 phones already connected, 2 of which I don't recognise - seems to be an Audi Corporate? And another I don't recognise (could be the wife's old phone, long gone)Looked in the manual which seems to suggest that if you go into 'Manage Devices' a list of all phones paired with the MMI should show. I wish - only shows 3, my personal phone, my work phone and my wife's (current) phone. Not the other 2.I have tried setting the settings to visible, invisible whatever.

Runway 18 requestable from FS ATC for depature by User (AI Traffic not use it, limit by FS Engine). Fs2004 - aerosoft - mega airport frankfurt. New AFCAD with. optimized AI Traffic roll of Runway and Taxi to Gate handling.

Cannot get all 5 to show within manage devicesSo where am I going wrong.I'm not even getting the option to disconnect the (unknown) devices, only the ones I do know about? Thanks in advance. Thanks S32B, appreciate you taking the time to do a video - indeed mine does work like that - the problem I have though is that when you go into Device Management, even with 'visible' - only 3 of the 5 paired devices are showing.

The reason I know there are 5 is because when I connected my personal iPhone this morning, I got a message along the lines of '4 devices are already paired, contacts cannot be loaded' and then showed me a list of the devices already paired - but when I go into device management it only shows 3 - so I can't 'see' the rogue 2 devices to delete them.
