Amazing Follower Tweaks is hands down the best.The only problem I ran into is with custom followers like Vilja because the custom scripts conflict with the AFT scripts. Don't use any AFT features like outfits or combat styles or manually levelling them up or teaching them spells with custom followers.To get the best out of AFT, you need to configure it properly.There is a section in 1drv.ms with details.Watch vanilla followers use ranged attacks, melee attacks, healing, conjures, shield bash, wards, and buffs intelligently in this video.

I am not trying to run a bunch of mods though - just the UI, follower, combat, and maybe a map mod. So perhaps I will avoid these glitches? I am not looking to use 20-30 mods: Just some basic ones like the UI, follower, combat, and maybe a map mod. I am not too well-versed in computers, and the more I download the more I risk stuff going haywire.
